Create Taco Rollups as Great Appetizers for Family and Friends

This is an easy h'orderves to make for any function. It's simple and tasty and costs very little to prepare. I make these for practically every get together and work function and everyone seems to go crazy over them. They will be a sure success for you as well!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • (1)8oz package cream cheese
  • (1)cup of salsa
  • (1)tablespoon of taco seasoning
  • (1)handfull of shredded cheese
  • (1)package of soft flour tortilla shells
  1. Step 1

First mix the taco seasoning, cream cheese, and salsa in a mixing bowl.

  2. Step 2

Lay a soft tortilla shell on the counter or surface and begin spreading ingredients.

  3. Step 3

Once the mixed ingredients are evenly spread over the soft tortilla, add a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Repeat these 3 steps depending on how many you would like to make.

  4. Step 4

Roll the soft tortillas into rollups and then place in the fridge for a couple hours so that they cool and harden so you can slice them later.

  5. Step 5

Once they've been refrigerated, take out the rollups and place them on a cutting board to cut into slices about a half inch thick.

Tips & Warnings
  • It's always best to slice after they've been cooled so they will hold together. It can be a bit messy if you try to slice them while the ingredients are room temperature.
