Instructions
  1. Step 1

When starting a flower garden, and or a vegetable garden. The soil for your flowers and vegetables need to be rich in nutrients so your flowers can bloom nice and produce full flowers. The same goes for your vegetable garden so your vegetable plants grow nice plump vegetables. But when beggining a flower garden.Buy the garden compost fertilizer at the store. But for years to come,I'll explain below how to make your own natural garden compost fertilizer.

  2. Step 2

To begin, choose a location in your yard to make your garden compost fertilizer.Usually near where your garden is,is a good spot.Mark out a four foot by four foot section.Somewhere in your yard or near your garden.

  3. Step 3

In the spring and summer when you mow the lawn, all the grass clippings can be dumped in the the spot for composting,During the fall, when you rake the leaves off your lawn, again dump the leaves in the composting spot and if you have any fruit or vegetable peels, rotting fruit or vegetables that you are going to throw out, instead throw them in the composting spot.

  4. Step 4

After there is a bunch of stuff to compost add some water to it,some dirt and turn it a few days a week,as in mix it up with a shovel,to let some air in.Everytime you turn it add some water and dirt to the compost. The sun shining down on the pile, the water and dirt being added will help in the composting. This way you will have nice garden compost fertilizer to add to the soil where you are going to plant your flowers or vegetables.
