How to Use the Toshiba Portege M200 Tablet
The Toshiba Portage 200 is unique in that it has a convertible display which lets you use the screen like a writing tablet. The screen can be rotated and folded over the keyboard. A special tablet pen lets you write on the screen much like writing on a notepad. When you want to go back to a common laptop, just rotate it back and the device takes on the appearance of a clamshell-type laptop again, complete with keyboard.
Instructions

1
Open the laptop so that it resembles a normal clamshell laptop.
-
2
Grasp the top left corner of the screen and the bottom-right corner and slowly turn the screen clockwise 180 degrees so the bottom-right corner travels over the keyboard. It should pivot at the center of the join between the keyboard and screen. Don't apply excessive force. The screen should face away from the keyboard when you have completed this task.

3
Flip the display latch so it points towards the back of the screen and fold the screen flat. The back of the screen should have twisted so that it now rests against the keyboard and the screen should be uppermost. The display latch will click and lock the screen in position. The computer desktop will rotate to portrait view.
-
4
Remove the tablet pen. Press in and pull it out from the right side of the computer.
-
5
Use the pen as you would any other pointing device by dragging. Clicking is performed by pressing the pen on an icon.
-
6
Return the screen back to its original configuration (clamshell). Return the pen and press the display latch button; lift the panel to its upright position; rotate the panel in this case counterclockwise 180 degrees and then flip the latch towards the screen.
