You can find words to old songs from yesteryear in one place on the Internet. You can find words to Frank Sinatra songs, Glen Campbell and even Led Zeppelin. Whether you need the words to songs of the 40s, 50s or even the past few years of songs, you can find everything you need in one place. You can also be notified when new lyrics are posted so you never miss any words to songs you once enjoyed so much.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Use MP3 Lyrics at mp3lyrics.org to find the words to old songs (see Resources). On the home page, you can enter an artists name or a song title to search for words to that song if you know this information.

  2. Step 2

Look at the top 60 artists list to find a song by the artist's name if you are unsure of the song name or want to browse the list of artists who are available on the site. When you find the artist's name, click on it, and it will take you to a page with all songs made by the artist.

  3. Step 3

Read the top 60 lyrics searched the prior week to see what others were looking for on the site. There are many songs you may have forgotten about and will remember when you see the song title. Click on the song title, and it will take you to the lyrics page.

  4. Step 4

Subscribe to the RSS feed to see notifications when a new song title or artist is added to the site. This way, you will never miss any new song lyrics.

Tips & Warnings
  • Once you find the words, you can copy and paste to a word doc or notepad so you can keep the lyrics or print them out.
