When it comes to acne, taking preventative measures is the absolute best way to never have to deal with it. Whether you are prone to facial acne, back acne, or any other kind of acne, there are effective ways to prevent it.

    Keep your face clean and exfoliate regularly. Washing your face often will prevent acne and eliminate pore clogging oils.     Be sure to include plenty of vitamin-rich and nourishing foods in your diet. You diet is one of the biggest factors in preventing acne from occurring. You skin health as well as overall health greatly relies on the nutrients you put in your body. Foods that are good for the skin include foods that are high in Vitamins E, C, and B.
