How to Make Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies in Minutes

Even if you do or don't have alot of time this is a very quick and easy way to make delicious peanut butter cookies. There is only 4 ingredients needed. This is a flourless recipe. However, the taste is unbelievable. I actually prefer this recipe over the traditional one. Once you try it for yourself I am sure you'll agree.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Medium size bowl,cookie sheet,Peanut butter(creamy) granulated sugar, egg, vanilla
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. You will need a medium size bowl. Have an ungreased cookie sheet set aside.

  2. Step 2

    Measure 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1tsp. vanilla into medium bowl.

  3. Step 3

    Beat above ingredients with mixer on low until thourghly mixed. Using a teaspoon put cookie dough onto cookie sheet.

  4. Step 4

    After you have the cookie sheet full, take a fork dip it into water in a saucer and then dip it into a saucer with granulated sugar. Pushing down on the cookie dough do a crisscross design. When your done doing this put the cookie sheet in the preheated oven and bake the cookies until golden brown. Approx. 10-12 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    When the cookies are done, remove from oven, let cool before removing from cookie sheet. Repeat step 4 with remaining dough.

Tips & Warnings
  • I have only used creamy peanut butter, I suppose chunky peanut butter would be okay if you prefer.
