Things You'll Need:
- Self-concentration

Step 1
The first step to know if you have mold allergies is to check and see if you are overly aware of your chest. There might not be a pain persay, but if you are just aware when you breathe, you might have mold allergies.
-
Step 2
After you check for over awareness of your chest, focus on the feeling. Does it feel like your chest is open, and someone is pouring a dull acid down your throat or chest cavity from time to time? This is inflammation, and though it doesn't hurt, it doesn't make you feel good, either.
-
Step 3
If you feel fatigued, you may have mold allergies. I'm not a doctor, so I don't know exactly how this works, but mold saps your energy. So after you check your chest for the feelings described above, check to see if you have less energy or pep than usual. These two things combined could be mold allergies.

Step 4
If you don't feel any acidy feeling, the next symptom of mold allergies is a general openness in the middle of your ribcage or anywhere around your lungs. It might not be hard to breathe, but it feels like it might become hard to breathe if nothing is done. There might be a slight pressure. If you feel any of these symptoms, you might have mold allergies, and you need to be checked out by a doctor. Over the counter medications won't work on it; prescription drugs are required to cure it. Good luck!
