How to Make the Best Chocolate Banana Protein Shake
Making a great tasting protein shake is easy and will take you less that six minutes to make. Protein shakes can be an effective way to give your body the nutrients it needs to recover quickly from a hard workout. Adding bananas, in particular, can also help to replace some crucial minerals that your body will need to build stronger muscles and stronger bones.
Things You'll Need
- Blender
- 1 tub chocolate flavored protein
- 1 carton frozen yogurt
- 1 banana per serving
- 1 gallon low fat milk

In your blender, pour in 1 cup or 0.25 liters of the low fat milk. On top of the milk, pour 2 scoops of your protein. Take a spoon and carefully push the protein into the milk.

Take your frozen yogurt and add three or four healthy scoops in to the low fat milk. Take your spoon and carefully push your frozen yogurt down into the protein and milk.

Peel the banana and break it into chunks. Throw the chunks of banana into the blender on top of the frozen yogurt.

Once you have everything in the blender, blend the mixture thoroughly until it liquefies. Pour the protein shake in to a glass and enjoy. You can also mix your supplements and vitamins with your protein shake. The shake is thick and cold, it makes it easier to swallow the supplements and vitamins.
