Things You'll Need:

  • 12 chicken wings
  • one to one and a half cup canola oil
  • 1/4 favorite hot sauce
  • 1/3 liquid smoke
  • one cup flour
  • celery and carrot stiks
  • blue cheese dressing
  1. Step 1

    Purchase twelve chicken wings. Rinse the chicken wings and remove any hair. Boil the chicken for ten minutes and let cool off.

  2. Step 2

    In a bowl add one cup of flour. Heat a skillet with one to one and a half cups of canola oil. To chicken add one teaspoon of garlic powder. Then out the wings into flour. Shake off excess flour.

  3. Step 3

    When the oil in pan is hot add the chicken wings gently into the heated oil. Fry the chicken until golden brown.
    Drain the chicken wings on a few paper towels.

  4. Step 4

    In a medium size pot add three to four tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add 1/3 cup of hot sauce such as Texas Pete , Franks or any of your favorite hot sauce into the melted butter. Add 1/3 cup of liquid smoke to the sauce and butter. Stir thoroughly all of the ingredients.

  5. Step 5

    Add the chicken wings to the hot sauce mixture and stir making sure that all the wings are covered. Serve with carrot and celery sticks with blue cheese dressing. Whaa Laa!! Fantastic
