As soon as you feel a any tooth pain coming on grab the Hain Sea Salt without Iodine. Fill a glass with warm water. The warmer the water the better it will work but do not burn your mouth. Mix the sea salt and warm water with a spoon until the salt dissolves. Use about one to two tea spoons of salt depending on the severity of the pain.

Beware this will not taste good and DO NOT swallow the solution. Swish the water sea salt mixture in your mouth for about five to ten minutes. Remember the stronger you make the solution the better and faster it will relieve the pain.

Continue to rinse with the salt water solution a few times a day depending on the pain of the tooth.

If you are someone who can tolerate some stinging pain before relief, try this. Take a q-tip and wet it slightly. Then dip it in the salt and apply it directly to the tooth or gum which hurts. This will burn and sting at first but the pain will subside after a few minutes. You should be pain free for the rest of the day.
