How to Get the Aurora Ticket & Go to Birth Island in the Pokemon Emerald Version
Birth Island in the "Pokemon Emerald" game houses one of the Legendary Pokemon Deoxys, but getting to the island can be nearly impossible. The difficulty lies in acquiring the Aurora Ticket, a virtual code that was handed out during live Nintendo events many years before and is the only way to get to Birth Island.

Go to Lilycove City, either with the Fly power from a Pokemon or by heading left from Fortree City. Then head toward and stand just outside the Ferry Dock. Save your game, then shut off your Game Boy Advance.

Get an Action Replay MAX from a video game store and load it onto your Game Boy Advance. This is a hardware cheat device made by CodeJunkies that allows you to input cheat codes for any Game Boy game. Ensure that "Pokemon Emerald" is inserted properly within the Action Replay MAX before turning the GBA back on.

Enter the Aurora Ticket code into the Action Replay MAX. The first line of code is 9CECAB53 and the second is C8CB2EB0. Keep these codes check-marked to activate them in order to receive the Aurora Ticket upon game start-up.

Start "Pokemon Emerald" through the Action Replay MAX, then load your saved game. Press the left shoulder button and the up button to ensure that your Aurora Ticket is in item slot 15. Now you can access the Ferry Dock and travel to the small, triangle-shaped Birth Island.
