Step 1
Blank calendar appointmentOpen a new, blank appointment on the calendar.

Categorize buttonClick the "Categorize" button in the "Options" panel at the top of the appointment window.

All Categories buttonClick the "All Categories" button at the bottom of the category list that appears.

Rename buttonSelect one of the existing categories and click the "Rename" button on the right side of the window.

Edit the name of the category. Click "OK" to finalize your category name change.
