How to Make Your Own Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse Treatment
Apple cider hair rinses are an easy and economical way to transform dull and lifeless hair into shiny, lustrous locks. Apple cider vinegar provides an effective hair treatment which works by restoring natural pH and smoothing damaged cuticles on the hair shaft. Vinegar also removes any residue build up from hair products to leave you with soft, clean and tangle-free hair. Measure and pour 1/2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar into the glass bowl. Measure and pour 1 cup of distilled water into the bowl. Stir the solution with a spoon.

Unscrew the lid of the spray bottle. Insert the funnel into the opening of the bottle. Pour the apple cider vinegar and water solution into the spray bottle. Screw the lid back onto the spray bottle.

Spray a thin layer of the vinegar treatment directly onto the hair and leave it to soak in for several minutes. Rinse out the treatment with shampoo and warm water and condition as normal.

Tips & Warnings
You can create a scented hair rinse by adding essential oils or fresh herbs into the apple cider vinegar mix.
Wash your hair thoroughly after the treatment to remove any vinegar smell.
Standard white vinegar can be used in place of apple cider vinegar.
Never use balsamic vinegar in a treatment, as it can dye the hair.
