Things You'll Need:
- 2 Eggs
- 2 C Flour
- 2 C Milk
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Bananas
-
Step 1
First, use a hand mixer to mix all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl. For the banana, I suggest blending it in a blender with 1/4 C of the milk, than adding it to the rest of the mixture.
-
Step 2
Once all of the ingredients are mixed together, you should have a thin batter. Not TOO thin, but pretty thin. At this point, you can heat a griddle or pan over medium heat. Don't heat too early, or the pan will get too hot and the pancakes will burn :[
-
Step 3
Now, pour as much of the batter as you want (depending on desired size of pancakes) onto the griddle or pan and wait for bubbles to appear and disappear. Once they do, the pancake is ready to be flipped. Keep pancake on heat for about 30-45 seconds, and repeat this step with all of the batter. Butter 'em up and they're ready to go! You can also serve them with strawberry syrup or fresh strawberries or bananas! MMMMM!
