Things You'll Need:
- Stridex Pads
- Vaseline
- Socks
-
Step 1
Clean Your Heels With Stridex Pads – The first step is to really clean your feet well. Body soaps and lotions can leave a thin layer on your skin even when you think you have washed it all off. Thoroughly clean your dry cracked heels with a Stridex pad.
-
Step 2
Coat Your Feet Heels with Vaseline – Once you have let your feet air dry a bit, coat your heels with Vaseline. Any brand should do the trick. The key is to make sure you have liberally applied a thick coat to the areas that need the most attention.
-
Step 3
Put On Socks – Once you have coated your heels with Vaseline, put on a nice pair of socks. Make sure that they do not have any holes, as this will decrease your results. Repeat this process every night for a week and you should have noticeably softer heels.
