Each Web browser has its own cookies and cookie settings.

Web browsers store cookies from websites you visit on your computer. Cookies can store a website's preferences, your login state on the site or track your browsing activity across a website. Many websites, particularly ones that require you log in, need cookies enabled in your browser before you can log in. Cookies are enabled by default on all major browsers, but you can also enable them if they've been disabled from your browser's options window.
