How to Make a Ham, Salami, and Cream Cheese Wrap Appetizer

This is a quick and easy appetizer or finger food.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 tortillas (any kind will work)
  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 12 slices of salami
  • 2 slices of sandwich ham
  • strong piece of thread
  1. Step 1

    Heat 2 tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds then lay them on a flat surface.

  2. Step 2

    Spread cream cheese about 1/8 inch thick on each tortilla.

  3. Step 3

    Add one slice of the sandwich ham on the top of the cream cheese.

  4. Step 4

    Add 6 slices of salami to cover the piece of ham.

  5. Step 5

    Roll the tortilla with the empty edges on the outer edges of the roll.

  6. Step 6

    Put a piece of thread under the wrap at the end and cris cross the thread on the top and pull it tight to cut the empty end off. Discard the empty end. Do this to both ends.

  7. Step 7

    Now with the thread again cut the whole wrap into 1/2 inch sections and lay the sections with the filling facing up on the plate. Arrange the plate as desired and ENJOY!! Simple and delicious snack or appetizer for a party!

Tips & Warnings
  • You can do this with any type of meat.
  • Do not cut with a knife or it will make the rolls come out flat.
