Step 1
Log on to your eBay account by opening the eBay website in your web browser and clicking on the "Sign In" link at the top of the page. Enter your account name and password to sign in to your account.

Click on the "My eBay" link at the top right-hand corner of the eBay website. Click on the "Sold" link on the left-hand side of the page under the Sell section of the Summary column.

Locate the item you want to send an invoice for under the "Items I've Sold" section. Select the "Send Invoice" option from the "Action" drop-down menu to the right of the listing.

Fill out the invoice fields to reflect any taxes, shipping and handling charges, or insurance fees. A discount can also be applied to the invoice if you choose to include one. The winning bid amount will automatically be included in your invoice. Include payment instructions and any additional notes in the "Payment Instructions and Personal Message" field.

Place a check mark in the "Copy me on this invoice" button to have a copy of the invoice emailed to you. Click on the "Send Invoice" button at the bottom of the page to send an invoice to your buyer.
