Alright people i am giving you some very good tips how to lose weight just follow this tips and see how your pounds of weight will be melting away.

It's good that you didn't stress weighing in daily... weighing yourself is not always the best means to weight loss, usually it's just appearance and the look you are achieving since pounds can be deceiving (since muscle is built during exercise and muscle weighs more than fat). Good article! :)
