Things You'll Need:
- Picture frame
- Ass' t beads
- E6000 or white glue
- Beading thread and needle

Step 1
Choose the beads you are going to use. Seed beads or beads near that size are recommended. Then decide if you are going to string them and place them in a pattern around jewels or just use the beads alone.

Glue on jewels or rhinestones in a pattern, such as one jewel in each corner and one jewel in the center of each side.
Begin stringing the beads onto your threaded needle and continue until you have about 3 feet of beads. -
Step 3
Using regular white glue, create a pattern around the frame border, making a circle around the jewels, or something similar.
Place the beaded strand on the glue and continue working it around until you have completed your pattern. -
Step 4
Secure the beads by working the needle and thread back through the first 3 or 4 inches of beads , where you started.
Tie it off.
Add a drop of glue onto the knot you made. -
Step 5
To just simply use beads alone in a random pattern, use Delica beads. Delica beads do not have holes , so you won't have to worry about them showing.
Spread the white glue on the frame border and very liberally sprinkle the beads on. Let the glue dry and then shake off any loose beads.
