How to Use Aloe for Gerd

Gerd, which is also known as acid reflux (which can lead to a hiatal hernia if left untreated) is a painful condition where stomach acid is able to bypass the esophagus, resulting in stomach acid rising into the throat and sinus cavity. This stomach acid can actually burn the esopghaus, throat and sinus area, creating a great deal of pain and discomfort for the individual. Thankfully, there are several courses of action that can be taken to control or even get rid of gerd, one which includes aloe.
