    * 1 small head of red leaf lettuce
    * 1 bunch fresh spinach
    * 3/4 cup peanut oil
    * 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
    * 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
    * 1 pound beef sirloin, cut in 3" long strips, each about 1/4" wide

    * 4 cloves of garlic, minced

    * 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
    * 3 large tomatoes, quartered
    * 3 green onions, coarsely chopped

  2. Step 2

    Stir fry the beef. Add the remaining tablespoons peanut oil in a frying pan, wait until the oil is hot. Quickly stir fry the beef until lightly browned but still pink on the inside.

  5. Step 5

    Arrange cold salad greens in a large glass salad bowl, top with hot beef strips, and then the tomato wedges. Garnish with greed onions and cilantro. Pour dressing over the Thai spicy beef salad. Enjoy.
