For food, make some popcorn and cupcakes. Buy frozen pizzas since they are cheaper than take out. Make some punch and add some food coloring to make crazy colors. Serve fruit and veggies that are Halloween colors like carrots, black grapes, melon, etc.

Purchase a colored light bulb to make your room dark and last but not least, share a spooky story! Your party will be sure to be a hit.
