Step 1
Locate your local Sears. Search online for "Sears store locator" or check your local phone book.

Go to your local Sears store. Bring a debit/credit card or the amount of cash you wish to make the card worth.

Find the nearest cash register or customer service desk. The desk or area around the cash register should have a small display of gift cards for purchase.

Go to Sears' website, sears.com. Click on "Gifts" on the left-hand menu.

Under "Quick Gift Items" in the new left-hand menu, click on "Gift Cards." A page of gift cards available will show up.

Click on "View Product Details" for the gift card you'd like to purchase. On the new page, click on the photo of the gift card you'd like to purchase.

Select the quantity and amount you'd like to put on the gift card. Fill out the "to" and "from" form with a message if you'd like. Click "Add to Cart."

Confirm the order is correct and click "Proceed to Checkout" to pay for your item. You'll receive the item in the mail or can have the card mailed to someone else.
