How to Grill Corn on the Cob in the Husks
Grilling corn on the cob in the husks keeps the corn moist because the corn steams itself, and the smokiness from grilling in the husks make the flavor even more intense. The best corn for grilling is fresh corn with husks that are green and healthy in appearance. Keeping the husks on the corn also provides a holder for the corn because it can be pulled back off the corn but not removed from the end, creating a handle. Does this Spark an idea?
