    If you have a prescription for medicines such as Benicar, Azor, Evoxac, or Welchol which are made by Daiichi Sankyo, call 1-866-268-7327 to request information about program eligibility for free prescription drugs.

  2. Step 2

    If you have a prescription for medications made by Phizer such as Lipitor, or Celebrex, call 1-866-706-2400 to request information. To log on to the Pfizer website, go to PfizerHelpfulAnswers.com to check out the criteria for eligibility for free prescription drugs.

  3. Step 3

    If you have a prescription for medications like Singulair, Januvia, and Maxalt made by Merck, call 1-800-727-5400 to request information. To log on to the Merck website, go to Merck.com/merckhelps to check out the criteria for eligibility for free prescription drugs.

  4. Step 4

    If you have a prescription for medications like Ambient, Lopid, Glipizide, Metformin, or Vytorin, Xubex has a patient assistance program that can help you get free or discounted medicines. Call 1-866-699-8239 for eligibility information or log on to the Xubex website at Xubex.com/PAP.aspx to download an application or apply online.

  5. Step 5

    If you have a prescription for medications made by AstraZeneca such as Crestor, Nexium, and Seroquel, log on to their website, AstraZeneca-us.com/help-affording-your-medicines to check out the criteria for eligibility for free prescription drugs. See if you qualify for the AstraZeneca patient prescription assistance program.
