Things You'll Need:
- 8 oz Water
- 1/2 of Large Lemon
- 2 tblsps of 100% Pure Maple Syrup no fake stuff
- A pinch of ground Cayenne Pepper
- Stirring Spoon

Step 1
Okay before you even start this diet you must sit back and collect all of your thoughts and discipline yourself to finish this diet and stick with it from start to finish. This diet last for 2 weeks. If you cannot do this for the whole time you might as well close this How To now.

Now that we got that out of the way... Grab your glass out of the cabinet.

Put about 8 oz of water in it. It could be hot or cold which ever you prefer.

Cut a large lemon in half and juice it into your glass. Get as much juice out as you can. If you like pulp add that too.

Next add 2 tblsps of maple syrup to the mix. Stir vigorously.

Add a tblsp of Cayenne Pepper. Stir once again.

Drink six of those bad boys throughout the day alternating off and on with water. Do not eat or drink anything else.

Do this for 2 weeks solid and you will see results that you will enjoy.
