How Can I Become Taller?
Your body has stopped growing, but you aren't done yet. You are tired of being short, and want to squeeze out a couple more inches. Or maybe as age has made you wiser, it has stolen a couple of inches. You need to perform some spine stretching to get that extra height. In addition to possibly gaining 1 to 3 inches of height, spine stretching may help you gain a much healthier back, free from back pain.

Hanging for Inches
-
1
Start hanging regularly either with the inversion rack and boots, or from a simple pull-up bar. If using the pull-up bar, just hold on with your hands. Get used to the feeling of hanging. Move a little from the hips to help with the stretching out of your spine--front to back and side to side. Get used to doing this two to three times a day for one week. Length of time doesn't really matter right now, the point is to get into the habit. However, you should be able to hang for anywhere between 30 seconds to two minutes at a time.

2
Start hanging for a longer period of time once your initial week is completed. With the inversion rack it is easy to hang for minutes at a time. If you are hanging from a pull-up bar with your hands, it may take a while to build up the endurance in your hands. Aim for a total of 10 minutes of hanging per day for one week.

Increase the resistance once you can hang for longer periods of time (one minute-plus at a time is preferable). If using the inversion rack is easy, grab the weights with your hands. With the pull-up bar, hold a dumbbell with your feet or your knees, or get a weight belt that will hold the weight for you. You can also use a vest or backpack to store weights.
Start small, with five to 10 pounds of weight, and build as high as 35 pounds of added resistance. Some have their spouse or friend hold onto them as they hang. Be sure you know the maximum weight capacity of your setup so you don't fall.
Aim for five to 10 pound increases, and build back up to your 10 minutes. Do this for a few months, and you should see anywhere from 0.5 to 2 inches of growth.

Tips & Warnings
Consistency is key. Try your best not to skip hanging sessions. Also remember to keep your hips moving a little. Move side to side, and forward and backward. This will help loosen up your spine.
You have to keep up the hanging. If you are consistent for three months, and add 1 to 2 inches of height, then stop completely, you are going to shrink back down to your original height. You don't have to keep going as rigorously as you were, but some continued consistency will be good for your back and help you keep your gains.

I have done this for years and it absolutely works. And it feels incredible as well, and naturally aligns your back at the same time. It's like a trip to the chiropractor. Without the pain.
