- Correctly Formatted Dispute Letters.

Step 1
The first thing you should know is never start off by disputing an item directly through your Original Creditors. Always dispute a Negative Item with the Credit Bureau that's reporting the NEGATIVE information on you . As of right now the (FCRA) Fair Credit Reporting Act does not stipulate or require that your Original Creditors investigate disputes directly from (YOU). However, the FCRA does mandate and require that your Original Creditors investigate disputes made by (YOU) through the Credit Bureaus.
-
Step 2
The proper way to dispute a Negative Item whether it's been verified multiple times or not...is to request whats called a Method of Verification in accordance with the Law. A Method of Verification specifically forces the Credit Bureaus to provide you with the Name, Address, and Phone Number of the individual who so called verified the Negative Information you disputed and they must do so within 15 days. If you're a non believer or a skeptic read the law at FTC.gov or visit TheCreditFormula.com

Step 3
The majority of your Creditors communicate using a system called E-OSCAR. E-OSCAR stands for Electronic Online System for Complete & Accurate Reporting. It's simply a web based instant messaging service Credit Bureaus use to Communicate with (YOUR) creditors to verify your Debt while never actually speaking to a Real Live person.
-
Step 4
When the Credit Bureau can't provide you with the specific Method of Verification asked for in your correctly formatted dispute letters. They are forced to Delete the Negative Information in 15 days regardless of how much you owe, how many times you were late, or how many times the account was previously verified. All you need to accomplish this little known secret... is to check out on the resources link below this article.
