Contrary to belief, most women do not have orgasms during sexual intercourse. If they do, it is because they or their partner is stimulating the clitoris. A G-spot orgasm is different and can be a little tricky to do but it can be done. Try these simple tips and you will be closer to having those g-spot orgasms that other women brag about.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • consensual sex
  • open-mind
  • helpful partner
  1. Step 1

Through self exploration and masturbation, find out what you like and what turns you on. Find your g-spot and massage it with your fingers or with a toy. The g-spot is about 1-3 inches on the upper wall of the vagina. Lie on your back and insert your finger and then bend it a little to form a hook. The tip of your finger should be pointing upward. Once you are aroused your g-spot will swell and be about the size of an almond.

  2. Step 2

Once you have found the g-spot and have figured out ways to reach orgasms this way, show your partner where it is and have him rub the area. Once he has found it, try a few sexual positions that will cause his **** to have direct contact with that area.

  3. Step 3

While doing the regular missionary position, put two pillows under your butt to raise you up a little. This way his **** is hitting the g-spot.

  4. Step 4

Don't just lay there! Move your hips up and down or in a circle, which ever feels better for you. Try a humping motion and move your hips around until you hit the g-spot. Some women can stimulate their g-spots very easy while on top, though others prefer the missionary style with pillows.

  5. Step 5

Don't expect to have a g-spot orgasm on the first try. It does take practice but once you figure out what works for you, it's pretty simple.

  6. Step 6

Lie flat on your back, with legs straight and have your man lie on top of you with his legs straight. You can wrap your lower legs around his lower legs if this helps you. When your man thrusts down, move your hips backward and when he pulls away, thrust your hips toward him. This way you are mimicking his movements.

Tips & Warnings
  • Try using adult toys and different lubrications, some even help intensify your sensitivity.
  • Take your time. Having a g-spot orgasm can be tricky and probably won't happen on the first or second try.
  • Really get to know your body and teach your partner what works for you
  • Always have safe sex!
