1. It doesn't matter if your are busty or not. Choosing the right bra is very important. We all need support for our breast.

2. Try to visit a reputable lingerie store and ask the salesperson to size you. This will ensure a proper fit.

3. Tell him/her what types of bras you prefer. For example a supportive bra ensures little movement. Therefore your breast will not be shaking every where. If you have to pick at your bra constantly to put your breast back into the cup (bra) the bra may be too small.

4. You may prefer under wire bra which also aides in support. You may like lace instead of polyester or cotton. You may want a sports bra if your athletic. Remember the thicker the straps the more support you will have.

5. At the store try on several styles of bras and see which one is most appropriate for you. There is no need to appear sloppy and feel uncomfortable. Stick your chest out with confidence. Happy Hunting!
