Step 1

Fully close the door.

Apply locking pliers to the track above the third roller.

Step 3

Insert a winding bar into the winding cone and push upwards on the winding bar while loosening the screws on the winding cone.

Step 4

Carefully adjust spring tension a quarter of a turn. Re-tighten the screws in the cone and repeat for the other side.

Step 5

Recheck door balance.
