I have tried to contact their customer service line on several occasions but have not had my call returned. The one time that I did reach an actual person, the women I spoke to was in a hurry to get off the phone with me and told me that she would return my call but I have not heard back from her as of yet. It has been over 3 weeks. Very poor product with horrbile customer service.
