How to Make a Wal-Mart Scavenger Hunt

A Wal-Mart scavenger hunt is a great way to have fun, and maybe even complete a little of the shopping you need to get done! It's a great idea for parties, or just a fun night with your friends.

Instructions

1. First begin by identifying a few items that you need or wish to find. If you're planning a party, perhaps have each group by a few of the snacks, some odds and ends, and maybe some of your own items.

2. Walk through Wal-Mart and create a list for your scavenger hunt. Since Wal-Mart is a big place, it might be best to attach a dollar amount to each of the items to make sure you get the right one-it's a good idea to be specific.

3. When you're ready to create the list for the Wal-Mart scavenger hunt, you can be a little more creative. Organize your clues into a word-search, put them into a word scrambler, or maybe put them in a different language. There are places online that will do all of these things for you for free.

4. Once you're ready to begin the scavenger hunt, divide into teams, set a time limit, and determine a way to keep score. If your doing this scavenger hunt for children, the parents might need to stay at the front by the cash registers to pay for the items. Otherwise, you can meet outside of Wal-Mart.

5. Whoever comes out of the store first with all the items is the winner, it might not be a bad idea to have a trophy or small prize for the winner of your Wal-Mart scavenger hunt!
