Do you constantly take bad pictures? Taking a good picture is an ability that one could value for years to come.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Camera
  1. Step 1

    Push the on button for your camera.

  2. Step 2

    Make sure that your camera is set for the environment that you are taking the pictures in. Example if you are inside you will need to use the flash function.

  3. Step 3

    Point the camera where you would like to take a picture and look through the frame or if digital look at the screen.

  4. Step 4

    Make sure to look not only at what your taking a picture of but also the back drop, behind it. Example unknown people, dirty dishes on the table, folded laundry.

  5. Step 5

    Zoom in, if your taking a picture of two people in a big crowd zoom into and frame them. However allow head space, so that you don't cut off their heads.

  6. Step 6

    Push the capture, or snap shot button.

  7. Step 7

    Two pictures are better then one. Always take a second picture, if digital take four or five, you can always delete them later.

Tips & Warnings
  • Counting down can help make sure that everyone has their best smile ready.
  • Get to know your camera, and all of its settings.
