How to make a bird feeder from a milk carton.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Fish line or twine, an empty gallon milk jug, and bird seed.
  1. Step 1

Many of us want to see the beauty of nature around us. Birds are a beautiful part of mother nature that we can help to flourish.

  2. Step 2

Take an empty gallon jug and wash it out with a little soap and water. Cut the front half of the milk jug open and allow to dry.

  3. Step 3

Next, take the lid off the jug and puncture a small hole in each side of the mouth of the jug. Then, taking twine, pull it through the holes and make a large loop of your desired length. Then, replace the cap. You now have the string you will use to hang your feeder.

  4. Step 4

Purchase some wild bird food and place in your new bird feeder. Place the bird feeder where you can see it clearly from your home. This will be sure to bring pleasure to you and your family, as well as produce wild birds that flourish.
