How to Register for the LSATs
The Law School Admission Test (LSAT) is a standardized test that is required in order to apply for admission to most law schools. All ABA-accredited law schools require prospective students to take the LSAT. It tests logical and reasoning skills and has an essay component. The LSAT is given four times a year, in June, September/October, December and February. Registration for the LSAT is relatively simple and can be done online, by telephone, or by mail.

Tips & Warnings
Since the LSAT is only given four times a year, you must be careful not to miss the registration deadline for each test. Deadlines can be found by going to www.LSAC.org and clicking on "LSAT Dates and Deadlines." Check the Law School Admission Council website often (www.LSAC.org) to ensure that your testing time and location have not changed.
Do not withdraw or cancel your LSAT registration and then attempt to re-register for the same test. This is not permitted.
