How to Remove Deodorant Stains from Shirts and Blouses

   Don't throw away your old fabric softener sheets! Reuse fabric softener sheets by rubbing them on the underarm section of your shirt or blouse that needs cleaning. The sheets will wipe away all of the product build-up that can be embarrassing and inconveniencing- especially for the person on the go. Keep a pile of used fabric softener sheets nearby when dressing.

   Another way to get rid of the white marks is to prevent them by selecting a deodorant that is clear in color and that will dry clear. Dove makes an excellent line of clear, streak-free deodorant for men and women. Some deodorant manufacturers even make sprays that prevent the unsightly white spots on clothing.

   When applying deodorant, try to do so sparingly. Most people frequently plagued by deodorant shirt spots experience this because they are applying deodorant too liberally. Try using a little less of the product.
