Weight Watchers is a great diet and lifestyle program that has helped thousands of people lose their undesired weight. In this article I included a variety of easy, quick and healthy meals that you can eat while on the Weight Watchers plan.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cooking Spray
  • 6 oz. raw turkey breakfast sausages, casings removed
  • 1/2 medium red or green pepper, diced
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 4 medium whole wheat tortillas, warmed
  • Recipe #2
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 medium garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper,
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • 1 cup(s) cake flour, sifted
  • 1 cup(s) unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp table salt
  • 1 cup(s) fat-free egg substitute
  • 1 cup(s) packed brown sugar, dark-variety
  • 3/4 cup(s) dark corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup(s) apple butter
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate square(s), melted
  • 36 piece(s) Junior Mints, candies,chopped (about 6 small boxes)

  • 2 cups rotini -- uncooked
  • 10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
  • 9 ounces skinless boneless chicken breast -- cooked
  • 15 ounces alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

  • 2 slices bread crumbs (white, raisin, whole wheat)
  • 2/3 c. dry skim milk
  • 2 Sweet 'N low
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. diet butter
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. any other flavor extract
  • 1 banana, mashed
  1. Step 1
     

    SOUTHWEST BREAKFAST BURRITO:
    Prep Time: 5 Minutes
    Cooking Time: 15 Minutes

    * Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray to eliminate excess sticking. Set it over medium heat on the stove. Cook the sausage, breaking it up with your utensil as it cooks. Cook until the sausage is browned and cooked through. Pour off all but 1 tablespoon of drippings. Add pepper. Cook and stir the ingredients.
    Add eggs to the mixture. As eggs begin to set, use a spatula to gently pull the eggs across the pan, forming large soft curds until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. When the mixture is fully cooked, add divided portions to each tortilla and sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons of cheese. Fold in sides of tortillas, roll up burrito-style, serve and enjoy!

    CLASSIC CAESAR SALAD:
    Prep Time: 10 Minutes
    Cook Time: 0 Minutes

    Except for the lettuce, combine all ingredients in a blender or a food processor until completely mixed. Put lettuce in a bowl and pour the mixture over it and toss.

  3. Step 3
     

    CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES:
    Prep Time: 15 Minutes
    Cooking Time: 35 Minutes

    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking. In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa and salt. In another large bowl, whisk together egg substitute, sugar, corn syrup, apple butter, oil and melted chocolate. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until they are completely blended.
    Pour batter into the baking pan and sprinkle with the mint candies. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

  4. Step 4
     

    WEIGHT WATCHERS CHICKEN ALFREDO:

    Cook pasta and vegetables together in boiling water in an oven for about 10 minutes or until pasta is done and vegetables are tender.
    Drain and return pasta and vegetables to the oven. Add the chicken, soup, cheese and salt, stirring well. Cook over low heat 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.

  5. Step 5
     

    WEIGHT WATCHERS BANANA BREAD:
    Prep Time: 10 Minutes
    Cook Time: 20-25 Minutes

    Mix dry ingredients; add liquids and blend until smooth. Divide evenly into 2 small loaf pans sprayed with Pam. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and enjoy!
