Instructions

    • 1

Insert a putty knife into the space between the choke cover and the door frame on the microwave, beginning on the outside top corner. Continue to work the putty knife across the top of the microwave toward the opposing edge, pulling slightly toward you to release the choke cover. Remove the choke cover once the top edge is separated from the door frame.

    • 2

Dip a sponge in a solution of water and mild detergent and wring out the sponge so that it is slightly damp. Wipe all exterior surfaces of the microwave oven door to remove stuck-on dirt and food.

    • 3

Spray the door with glass cleaner and wipe it with paper towels or a lint-free cloth.

    • 4

Return the choke cover to the door by lining it up in the same manner it was removed and simply press it into place until you hear a "click."
