Four Fruits Cobbler
Four Fruits Cobbler

This is a cobbler that is unique and full of fruit! Love the fact that every bite has something different! And it's very easy. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour it in!!!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Raspberries 1/2 cup mashed with 2 Tbsp sugar
  • Blackberries 1/2 cup mashed with 2 Tbsp sugar
  • Strawberries 1/2 cup mashed w/2 Tbsp sugar
  • Cherries 1/2 cup mashed with 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  1. Step 1

This is such a wonderful flavor filled dessert! Use a square baking dish. Melt the 1 stick of butter in the bottom of the dish. Then spread the 4 mashed fruits in the butter all of the bottom of the dish.

  2. Step 2

In a mixing bowl 1 cup milk, (or cream), 1 cup self-rising flour, and 1 cup sugar! Mix thoroughly, but don't over mix. Just get the lumps out of the flour and it's ready. Pour this mixture over the fruit and pop it in the oven. Bake for 40-45 mins. and start watching it. You keep checking until you know the bread is all baked and ready, browned on top.

  3. Step 3
    Ice Cream!

    Ice Cream!

Add ice cream on top! That makes a warm cobbler even better if that is possible!

Tips & Warnings
  • Very easy recipe. Tweak it as you wish with vanilla flavoring in the batter or cinnamon or whatever flavor you like in your cobblers.
