Improve Prosperity with Good Feng Shui 1

Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese system of aesthetics believed to use the laws of both Heaven (astronomy) and Earth (geography) to help one improve life by receiving positive qi or chi (energy.) This is the first of several tips to help you increase your prosperity using simple Feng Shui techniques of color and placement.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

A purple glass or
A green glass
Purple pencils or
Green pencils
Your desk

Step 1

When applying Feng Shui principles, we always use the Bagua, which breaks space into nine areas, each of which has a color.
Step 2

Sit down at your desk. Look at the upper left hand corner of the desk. That's the Prosperity Area of your desk (or of any other place for that matter, always upper left hand corner.) Purple is the power color for this corner. Anytime you want to punch things up for your Prosperity, put some purple in there, which will increase the good Feng Shui in that area.
Step 3

Now, take your glass, purple or green, and put it in that corner. Place a number of purple or green pencils in it. I have some purple pencils that I've had personalized with my business name, you don't need to do so, but it doesn't hurt. Or if you work for a company, get some personalized with your name (I presume you want this to affect you first, then spill over onto others later.) Alternately, you could use pens with purple ink if you prefer, either will work.
Step 4

Place the pencils or pens in the glass. More is better, but even a few will work, albeit more slowly. Don’t add anything else in there, no other stray colors or pens. Just the purple pencils. Now wait a few days and see if your prosperity doesn’t start to increase, in ways you’d never expect! If you’re in sales, you’ll get sales from places you’d never had thought of. If you work for someone else, perhaps you’ll get a raise or promotion.
