When snacking reach for Rold Gold Pretzels instead of Regular Lays. Drink sparkling water instead or soda, or just go diet. Have 1/2 cup of grapes instead of raisins. 100, 100, 100!!

When ordering a cocktail, take it on the rocks instead of frozen. Frozen drinks are usually made with bottled mixers that have added sugar and syrup.

Going Chinese? Skip the crunchy noodles on your won-ton soup. Save another 100 by simply ordering white rice instead of fried.

During dessert... skip the crust. The crust from baked goods are loaded with calories after absorbing the butter used to grease the pan. Or when eating ice cream... skip the cone, which contains approximately another??... you guessed it... 100 calories!
