Things You'll Need:
- pillar candles
- Needle or straight pins
- assorted acyrilic paint
- fine tipped paint brush
- Christmas stencils

Step 1
Start by making a visit to you local dollar store and picking up pillar candles in any size you like, assorted sizes make a great display on a small table or stand.
While you are there pick up a few bottles of acrylic paint in a variety of Christmas colors. -
Step 2
Next you need to find small Christmas themed pictures or stencils on the internet or in a book or magazine that you can trace.

Step 3
Using tracing paper, trace out the picture and make a stencil. Leaving enough room on the area surrounding it to tape to the candle you want to paint.

Step 4
Tape the stencil onto the candle, then using a needle or a straight pin, trace the design onto the candle. Remove stencil and paint
