This is a fantastic but simple twist on French Toast. The taste will hit you hard. It is thick, creamy, and sweet. If you are looking to jazz up breakfast this is the recipe is for you. Peanut butter French toast will take about 30 minutes to prepare.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 1 carton of eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 jar of your favorite peanut butter
  • Butter
  • Your favorite syrup
  1. Step 1

    *Making your egg mix.
In a normal size bowl crack six eggs. Add you 1/4 cup of milk to your bowl of eggs. Mix or beat this mix for about 2 to 3 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    *Preparing the bread.
Take one slice at a time and carefully dunk each side of the bread in to the bowl of egg mix. Once the bread is thoroughly cover in egg mix you can place it in a pan or on a skillet and fry. You want to brown each side of the toast.

  3. Step 3

    *Adding the peanut butter.
When the French toast is brown and extremely hot place it on a plate. One slice at a time put a small pad of butter and a large pad of peanut butter. Spread the butter and peanut butter evenly over the toast so it melts together. Repeat the peanut butter step with each slice of French toast.

  4. Step 4

*Serving the Peanut butter French Toast.
When the toast has been covered in peanut butter and is all melting together, you can add the syrup on top. I like to heat up my syrup before I add it to the toast.
