Everyone wants to grow a little bit taller. This will go step by step on how to look taller, for an interview or just day to day life.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Some money for clothes and a haircut
  1. Step 1

This step is for actually growing a bit taller. hanging from a bar 2-3 times a day for 15 seconds has been known to make someone grow 1-2 inches. This is great for someone who is 5'6 or below (like me!). To counter the slight strain on your back, find and do some back muscle exercises, like horizontal hip thrusts.

  2. Step 2

Cut your hair. This seems silly, but if you cut it right, you will look taller than if you have a huge poof of hair. Ask your barber to cut it less on the top than the sides. Obviously this step works much more effectively for men, as most women do not cut their hair very short.

  3. Step 3

wear the right clothing. Some people say that horizontal stripes make you look shorter, but others say that they make you look taller. Try on a sold, then horizontally and vertically striped shirt, and see which looks best on you!

  4. Step 4

Lose weight and get in shape. There are other articles on how to do this. I suggest eating a bit every 2 hours and drinking some homemade blends of fruit with no sugar. this also requires 20 minutes or more of exercise.

  5. Step 5

Stand up straight. Do not slouch, as many people do. Stand against a wall and pull your ching to your neck to see how much you slouch. This is also good for presenting yourself in an interview and emits confidence.

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not get an eating disorder to lose weight
  • Do not hang (step 1) if yo have back troubles or any bone problems.
