A Magic Diary is a book that helps you better your life and affect changes. Read on to learn how to make your own.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Get the book: You can use a store-bought diary or notebook if you like. You can also bind paper yourself to make a more special item. Get whatever feels meaningful to you. It will contain special thoughts and writings, so it should be something special to you.

  2. Step 2

State intent: On the first page of your diary, write what you are going to use it for. Maybe you’re going to write about your daily life and your feelings so you can heal and grow emotionally. Maybe you’re going to write about the things you’re trying to achieve. Whatever it may be, write it on the first page, then sign the page.

  3. Step 3

Start writing: Begin writing in your book. You should keep your writings focused on the intent you stated on the first page, but if you feel that something else should be written, go ahead and do it. Just don’t let your diary become a scratch-pad. Try to maintain focus.

  4. Step 4

Keep writing: Write in your book as often as you desire. Don’t force yourself to write every day, unless you really want to. You may write several times in a day, or have several days when you don’t write. Let it flow. The diary is an aid and a tool; it is not a requirement or punishment.

  5. Step 5

Add extras: If the feeling strikes, feel free to doodle in the diary, decorate the covers, paste images of your goals on the pages, press leaves and flowers inside, or whatever feels right. All these things will add power to your book, and help you achieve your goals.

  6. Step 6

Keep it safe: It is important to keep your magick diary safe, and away from prying eyes. Like any diary, it is private, and should not be read by others. Keep it in a secret place, and never share it unless you feel it is the right thing to do.
