Having a connection with The Goddess can be a wonderful feeling. Read on to learn how to create and strengthen your bond, so you can grow spiritually, heal, and have a better life.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Believe she is there. Sometimes, the hardest part is believing. When life is hard, or when bad things happen, you may have trouble believing. Remember that she is always with you, and everything she does is for a reason.

  2. Step 2

Talk to her. Sit outside, or in a bath, or on your bed, and just have a conversation with Her. Whether it’s out loud or silently, never forget to communicate. Cry, complain, give thanks, or just talk. She listens, and if you pay attention, she will answer in her own ways.

  3. Step 3

Picture Her. If you have trouble imagining her, you may want to look at other forms she might take. She is The Great Mother, and she is called by many names in many cultures. You may choose to speak to an aspect of the Goddess, such as asking Aphrodite for advice in love. You should also realize that She is in every living thing, all around you. Simply communing with nature is a way of connecting to Her.

  4. Step 4

Embrace your feminine aspects. This is easy for women, but men may have more trouble. Aspects suck as love, nurturing, helping things to grow and honoring family are all things to be embraced, regardless of gender.

  5. Step 5

Enjoy the moon. The Moon is the symbol of the Goddess, and enjoying time under the moon can help you connect to her.

  6. Step 6

Be aware that She may speak to you in unusual ways. You should be aware of everything around you, and everything that happens to you. Her messages can be subtle, and you don’t want to miss them.
