How to Make Use of Empty Toliet Paper Rolls
Empty toilet paper rolls can be useful in so many ways, from party favors to picture frames. Just a little creativity, and you have a finished project.

First step is to decide what to do with your rolls, a suggestion is to use red and white tissue paper and cover rolls like a piece of candy. Twist ends and tape to secure. You might want to fill the rolls with candy or stickers and tape ends before wrapping.

Another idea is to paint the rolls a school color, and glue ends together to shape a square, decorate rolls with craft foam in shapes of balls, megaphones, etc. and tape a picture to back side. either glue magnets on back of rolls or make a small hanger and glue in place. Now you have a picture frame.

Last idea is paint the rolls red, paint black dots on the rolls, make a face and wings out of craft foam and glue in place. You can fill with favors or tape the bottom closed and use as a pencil/pen holder.
