Chicken Spaghetti is a delicious twist on regular Spaghetti. The difference is that Chicken Spaghetti is made with chicken and cheese instead of beef and red sauce. Try it! I have never met anyone who didn't love it!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz. spaghetti noodles
  • 8 to 12 oz. velveeta cheese
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of stewed tomatoes (italian recipe)
  • 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth(from the pot in which you boil the chicken)
  • salt & pepper
  1. Step 1

    The first thing you need to do when making this delicious dish is to boil chicken in a pot on the stove for about 20 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    When the chicken is done boiling, take it out of the pot and chop chicken.

  3. Step 3

    Take out 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth andset broth and chicken aside.

  4. Step 4

    Then you will need to cook your spaghetti noodles in pot of water for about 15 minutes, or until tender.

  5. Step 5

    Then melt the Velveeta cheese in the microwave.

  6. Step 6

    Add and mix up all of the ingredients in a 13x9 inch baking pan.

  7. Step 7

    Bake on 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

  8. Step 8

Tips & Warnings
  • To easily melt velveeta cheese, it helps to cut them into smaller squares, then put in a bowl to melt.
  • Let cool before eating.

on 9/25/2009 My family makes this. We add the raw noodles to the chicken broth along with a 1/2 cup chopped onion, once cooked chicken is removed. Boil noodles until done (don't drain), add chopped chicken, cheese, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well and heat until all is blended and liquid is lessened. Thanks for your version of making cheesy chicken spaghetti. Will try it too.
